1. 95 kPa bags

Our 95 kPa bags satisfy supplementary packaging requirements in the IATA DG Regulations (5.0.2.9.4).

These bags are designed to be used with inner packaging containing liquids that, in themselves, do no comply

with 95 kPa pressure requirements. When a 95 kPa bag is used in conjunction with each inner packaging

containing liquid, the assembled UN package is eligible to be transported by air (IATA DGR packaging

instructions must also be followed to ensure compliance). Our pressure bags also double as a barrier

between intermediate packaging (ie. vermiculite or other absorbent) and inner containers in 4GV UN Boxes.

without leakage, an internal pressure which produces a pressure differential of not less than 95kPa. The patented

VonSeal® liquid tight bag has passed the tests as outlined in 173.196(f) of the DOT’s Title 49 CFR and as outlined

in Packing Instructions 602 and 650 of the 2001-02 ICAO Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air.

2. Black sponge box 

There are two standards, British Standard and American Standard. In recent years, some customers

have required Canadian standards. The specific parameters are as follows.

Fire resistance: When the sponge burns, it will not generate an open flame.

Water resistance: closed cell structure, good water absorption.

Corrosion resistance: Corrosion resistance to seawater, grease, acid, alkali and other chemicals,

antibacterial, non-toxic, tasteless, and pollution-free.

Anti-vibration: high resilience and tensile strength, strong toughness, and good shock / buffering performance.

Thermal insulation: excellent heat insulation, cold insulation and low temperature performance,

can withstand severe cold and exposure.

4. absorbent paper:The main component of absorbent paper is fiber, and the fiber is a natural organic

polymer compound. The fibers in the paper are staggered into a network, and there are many voids in it.

Water can generate capillary effects through these voids, so it can retain moisture to a large extent.

5. absorbent pad:The absorbent pad is mainly composed of wood pulp or polyester cotton and sheath (PET + PE).

Main performance: liquid absorption / mass ratio of absorption pad: greater than 13. Liquid absorption

time is less than 10s. The product is sterile.

6. Ice bag:Biological ice pack is a kind of biological product. It is used to refrigerate items and keep

cost by themselves.

A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.

A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step

we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days if we don’t have the items in stock. Before production has
been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled,
we start to prepare the shipment for you.
